Dance flow (the moving body)   is a cross between the dance and Pilates, inspired de various techniques used by dancers and those of the method Pilates.

 

It was designed to perform intense work, in depth in order to work the whole of the body. The goal is also to improve coordination, weight transfer and spatial awareness.

Based on the dance warm-up contemporary,  this course develops  the principle of a choreography which is repeated_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3-904 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_developpe.  

The Dance flow course will be a monthly meeting, in music, similar to _ cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d _ pro dance classes!!!
