The Place invites Isabelle & Freddy for a 1st series of Ashtanga directed in Sanskrit. 4-hand course: male & female energy
Freddy leads the class and Isabelle adjusts each of the students, so that it is the best feeling and benefit of each asana (posture). The practice will end with a Yoga Nidra.
