Yoga workshop with Mira

It is rare that we learn to stretch in a correct alignment.  Even if we have worked a lot on flexibility, very often we come to an impasse in our yoga practice where the postures more complex ones remain out of our reach because we haven't learned how to stay aligned in the stretches and therefore we haven't worked the right stretches. Stretching without good alignment seems to make us move forward quickly, but it's a waste of time because to be able to do the advanced postures, if we don't have the right stretches, we would have to start from scratch. During this workshop, I will teach you the fundamental alignments in stretching so that you can apply these principles to all your postures and stretches.
