Protocol to be applied over 15 consecutive days for optimal results!


After these 15 days, you can continue to drink your preparation intermittently in order to prolong its beneficial effects over time and of course continue the physical work!


Please note, this is not a diet.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cut up vegetables and fruits and prepare small portions for the week.

You can freeze them if you don't have time to cut them every day!

Drink one glass in the morning and another at noon. You can have your breakfast and your lunch as you wish... in moderation, of course!

Try to eat healthy for the 15 days.

Soups are in season, enjoy!

Of course, we are all different, for some people 15 days will not be enough to wait for goals.

No worries, you will continue at the same pace for another 15 days!​

 

My dream body concept, as I said on the video, is the body where everyone feels good and appreciates themselves.
