The Pilates method is an effective tool for the recovery and maintenance of the body to avoid back pathologies. This workshop proposes a work on the physical and energetic postures, static or in movement, the supports, the alignment of the body. My experience as a professional dancer gives me the opportunity to guide you in understanding movement: interpretation, visualization and feeling.Fascias: Understand where your pain comes from,  Your skeleton is not only bone but also tissue. These tissues, by tightening, lock your musculo-articular system. Simply release these membranes to free your bones.
