14-hour seminars over 2 consecutive days.
Exercises, modification, evolution, pedagogy, small accessories.
Structurer, construire un cours pour un groupe de niveau avancé. Comment pratiquer un échauffement pour le travail avancé. Know how to modify or adapt the exercises, Pilates according to the different levels and anatomical profiles. Know how to sequence advanced level exercises with effective transitions. Correction of written tests.
