"For me, yoga is an experience to live.

It is a practice much more spiritual than physical. The practice is only   the result of very deep inner work.

To do Yoga is to be ready to feel the things that very often we leave aside. Yoga allows us to get to know each other better and do good!

There are more than forty different practices, the base being the same of course, but each person can find "the" yoga that suits them the most.

For my part, I fell in love with Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga, I can't do without it, it's an integral part of my life. I started 9 years ago with Maria-Luisa Munoz by pure chance... it was a few years later that I knew I wanted to go further.

So I started training with Maria-Luisa Munoz, teacher and trainer for 35 years, it's a training of 800 hours over 3 years. I am in my third year and this offers me the opportunity to teach classes for over a year now and to have the chance to develop the more educational part of yoga, and of course continue to learn, learn and learn without never stop!"
